Convenience Store Pickup in Taiwan

iSwim Fashion offers convenience store pickup for customers in Taiwan, including local residents and international visitors. Members can save pickup store details in their address book for future orders. Visitors can arrange prepaid pickup near their accommodation when ordering in advance.

Pickup Options

iSwim Fashion offers convenience store pickup in Taiwan through ezShip Store Pickup and 7-11 Pickup. Available options may depend on your pickup area, order details, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • ezShip Store Pickup: mainly supports FamilyMart and Hi-Life stores.
  • 7-11 Pickup: supports 7-11 stores in Taiwan.

How Local Customers Set Up Convenience Store Pickup

For residents and other customers ordering within Taiwan, the pickup store is not selected through a live store-selection popup at checkout. Instead, save the store code or details once under Member Center → My Addresses → Convenience Store Code / Store Details and reuse them for future orders.

  1. Find a Store

    Use the ezShip Store Map for FamilyMart or Hi-Life, or the 7-11 Store Search for 7-11 stores.

  2. Record the Store Information

    For FamilyMart and Hi-Life, copy the ezShip service code and store name. For 7-11, enter “7-11” and the store name or number.

  3. Save It in Your Member Address

    Enter the information in the “Convenience Store Code / Store Details” field under “Member Center → My Addresses”. It can be reused for future orders.

  4. Select the Matching Shipping Method

    Choose ezShip Store Pickup for FamilyMart / Hi-Life or 7-11 Pickup for 7-11. To change stores for a particular order, include the new store code and name in your order remarks or notify customer service through the Member Center.

  5. Provide Accurate Contact Details

    Use your real name, mobile number, and email address. A Taiwan mobile phone number is recommended to receive the arrival SMS notification.

  6. Collect Within 7 Days

    The carrier will send an SMS or email notification after delivery to the store. Pick up the parcel within 7 days; uncollected parcels are returned automatically and reshipping requires another shipping fee.

Convenience Store Shipping Fees & Payment

  • ezShip (FamilyMart / Hi-Life): NT$60 shipping; free shipping for orders of NT$3,000 or more. Delivery normally takes about 2–3 days after dispatch, excluding offshore islands.
  • ezShip supports Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible local orders up to NT$10,000 in collection amount. Please split larger orders or choose another payment method.
  • 7-11 Pickup: NT$60 for orders up to NT$1,000, plus NT$10 for each additional NT$1,000 in order value. Maximum order value is NT$5,000. Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • 7-11 delivery normally takes about 2 days after dispatch within Taiwan; delivery to offshore islands may take approximately 5–7 days.
  • For prepaid pickup orders, the recipient must present an accepted identity document matching the recipient's name. Pickup requirements are subject to the store and logistics service.

Prepaid Orders Only for Overseas Travelers

For overseas customers visiting Taiwan, convenience store pickup and hotel delivery are available only for prepaid orders. Cash on delivery or payment at pickup is not available for traveler orders. This helps us arrange delivery safely and avoid missed pickups during short stays.

Hotel Delivery Is Also Available

If convenience store pickup is not suitable for your trip, we may also arrange delivery to your hotel in Taiwan. Please make sure the hotel can receive parcels on your behalf before placing your order.

Order at Least 14 Days Before Arriving in Taiwan

For travelers visiting Taiwan, orders must be placed at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date in Taiwan. This gives us enough time to confirm your payment, prepare made-to-order items, and arrange delivery to a suitable convenience store or hotel.

How to Arrange Convenience Store Pickup in Taiwan

  1. Place Your Order Early

    Place your order at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date in Taiwan to allow time for payment confirmation, made-to-order production, and local delivery.

  2. Complete Payment in Advance

    Overseas traveler orders must be fully prepaid before convenience store pickup or hotel delivery can be arranged.

  3. Find a Convenient Pickup Store

    Use the ezShip Store Map for FamilyMart or Hi-Life, or the 7-11 Store Search to find a store near your hotel or travel area.

  4. Provide the Pickup Store Details

    Provide the store name, store number, or store address when placing your order so we can confirm the correct pickup location.

  5. Confirm Your Contact Information

    Provide accurate contact information. We recommend providing a local Taiwan mobile phone number to receive pickup SMS notifications. If you do not have one, contact us before placing your order.

  6. Wait for Production and Local Delivery

    Made-to-order items follow the normal iSwim production schedule. After production is completed, we will arrange delivery to the confirmed convenience store or hotel.

  7. Pick Up Your Order in Taiwan

    Collect your parcel at the confirmed store within 7 days after arrival. Bring your passport for identity verification; customers holding an applicable Taiwan National ID or valid Alien Resident Certificate may present it according to store rules. Hotel delivery is possible if the hotel has agreed to receive parcels.

How to Find a Pickup Store

For FamilyMart and Hi-Life pickup, you may use the ezShip Store Map to search for available pickup stores in Taiwan. The ezShip map is mainly in Chinese, but it is the most accurate reference for stores that support ezShip convenience store delivery.

For 7-11 pickup, you may use the 7-11 Store Search or Google Maps to find a nearby store around your hotel or travel area.

Please include the store name, store number, or store address when placing your order. We may confirm the final pickup store with you before arranging shipment.

Mobile Number and Identification for Visitors

  • We recommend a Taiwan mobile phone number whenever possible, since the carrier may send an SMS when the parcel arrives at the store.
  • Use your full name exactly as shown on your passport when placing the order. Bring your passport when collecting the parcel. If you hold an applicable Taiwan National ID or valid Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), you may present it according to the store's pickup rules.
  • If you do not have a Taiwan mobile number, contact customer service before placing your order to confirm suitable notification arrangements.

Taiwan Convenience Store Pickup FAQ

How do local customers enter a pickup store code?

Look up the ezShip service code and store name for FamilyMart / Hi-Life, or the 7-11 store name or number. Save the details under “Member Center → My Addresses → Convenience Store Code / Store Details” to reuse them for future orders.

How much does convenience store pickup cost?

ezShip costs NT$60 and is free for orders of NT$3,000 or more; eligible local orders may use COD up to NT$10,000. For 7-11, shipping starts at NT$60 for orders up to NT$1,000, increases by NT$10 per additional NT$1,000, and is limited to orders up to NT$5,000. 7-11 does not offer COD.

How long does the store hold my parcel?

Convenience store pickup parcels are held for 7 days after arrival. Uncollected parcels are returned, and an additional shipping fee is required for reshipment.

Can overseas travelers use convenience store pickup in Taiwan?

Yes. Overseas customers visiting Taiwan may arrange pickup at supported FamilyMart, Hi-Life, or 7-11 stores, depending on the available delivery option.

Do traveler orders need to be prepaid?

Yes. Convenience store pickup and hotel delivery for overseas travelers are available only for prepaid orders. Cash on delivery and payment at pickup are not available.

How early should I place my order?

Can my order be delivered to my hotel instead?

Yes. Hotel delivery may be arranged if the hotel can accept parcels on behalf of guests. Please confirm this with your hotel before placing the order.

What identification should international visitors bring?

Visitors should use the name shown on their passport when ordering and bring their passport for pickup. Holders of an applicable Taiwan National ID or valid Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) may use that document in accordance with the store's requirements.

What if I do not have a Taiwan mobile phone number?

A Taiwan mobile number is recommended for SMS arrival notices. If you do not have one, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm available notification arrangements.
