Store Credit

Store Credit is a temporary balance held in your iSwim Fashion member account for order refunds, payment differences, shipping fee adjustments, or other order amount adjustments. When available, Store Credit can be applied toward future orders at checkout, as indicated by the system.

How Store Credit Is Used

  • Store Credit may be added to your account when an order refund, payment difference, shipping fee adjustment, or other order amount adjustment occurs.
  • If a refund needs to be returned through the original payment method, Store Credit may serve as a temporary record before the refund is processed.
  • Available Store Credit can be used toward future orders on the official iSwim Fashion shopping website.
  • Members can review their Store Credit balance and transaction history in the Member Center.

Refunds and Balance Adjustments

  • The actual refund method depends on the original payment method, the payment provider's procedures, and the status of the order.
  • Refunds for credit card or other supported payment methods are generally returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing procedures and timelines.
  • Small balance differences resulting from order adjustments may be temporarily credited to your Store Credit account for use toward future orders.
  • Members can check their current balance, transaction history, and refund-related records on the "Store Credit" page in the Member Center.

Notes

  • Store Credit can only be used on the official iSwim Fashion shopping website and is not valid through distributors or other sales channels.
  • Store Credit is intended for order payments and refund processing. It is separate from Rewards Points and Level Points.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another member account.
  • iSwim Fashion reserves the right to review and process Store Credit usage, refunds, and adjustments based on individual order circumstances.
